PLANNING YOUR EVENT

We are pleased that you are considering Pardini's for Catering your special celebration. The following information is designed to help you with you planning and to answer some of the questions you may have regarding our facility and services.

 

Apples to Apples

When comparing Catering and Banquet services, you need to make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Below Pardini's states exactly what is included in our services and pricing. Many caterers have add on charges that you find out about later. Go over each of your quotes and if something is included in our quote don't assume that it's covered in a competing quote.

Planning Considerations

Confirmation of Space

Space may be confirmed on a definite basis as early as 12 months in advance. All dates are subject to space release approval from our Sales and Marketing Department and are considered definite upon receipt of deposits.

Available Space:

SALON A: Minimum Occupancy 50-180

SALON B & C: Minimum Occupancy 150-230

SALON A, B, & C: Minimum Occupancy 250-550
VIP Room: Maximum Occupancy 22
Lounge/Salon D: Minimum Occupancy: 50-200

 

December Functions

A $1000.00 Non Refundable Deposit is requested for Friday and Saturday evening Bookings.

 

Hours of Scheduled Functions

Evening functions have a 6 hour time limit, not to exceed 12:00 Midnight. If extended, the Contractee will assume labor charges of $200.00 per hour after 12:00AM.

 

Service Charge And Sales Tax

Pardini's will add a taxable 18% service charge and applicable sales tax to all food and beverage items. In the case when no meals are purchased, the service charge and sales tax will be added to the room rental.

 

Deposits

A deposit is requested to hold all dates. Details can be discussed with our sales department at (559) 224-3188. The deposit will be applied to the total charges and the balance will be due prior to or on the day of the event. In case of cancellation for all other booked dates, a handling fee will be deducted and a major portion of your deposit will be refunded only up to eight months prior to the event. In case of cancellation, your full deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 8 months prior to your reserved date. Events cancelled less than 8 months prior to your reserved date will receive a partial deposit refund based on the timing of cancellation notice.

 

Food & Beverage Estimates

Prices on our menu planning pages are subject to change. Total costs vary according to the menu selection and type of event. All food and beverage, with an exception of Wedding Cakes, and Ethnic Hors d'oeuvres, must be provided by Pardini's. Wine and Champagne is subject to a Corkage Fee if client provides their own. When choosing 2 Entrees, both Entrees are priced at the higher priced item.

The Caterer will be prepared to serve up to 3% above the guarantee on the lower priced entree. Counts of each entree will be needed five working days prior to the day of function. Only additions can be made up to two days before function.

 

Auxiliary Services

Recommendations are available for videographers, wedding coordinators, photographers, musicians, florists, bakers, printers and all other services that may be utilized at your event. >> See Our Preferred Vendor List

 

Pardini's Banquet Hall Includes:

China, Linens, Silverware and Glassware, Dance Floor and Cake Cutting. These items may vary at other off-site locations.

 

Additional Charges

LINENS: Specialty Linens are available by request only and are subject to a taxable rental fee.

VALET PARKING: Valet Parking can be contracted for an additional fee.

MILEAGE FEE'S: A flat fee will be charged for service to venues outside Fresno City limits depending on the venue's distance from our site.
