OFFSITE PREMISE CATERING
1. Do I have to rent tables and chairs or do you provide them? Yes, tables and chairs need to be arranged for whether you make arrangements for them yourself or thru Pardini’s.
2. Does Pardini’s provide linen, china, silverware and glassware? Linen, china and all glassware are provided depending upon the menu style you choose, such as a full sit down dinner.
3. If my function is out of town, is there a mileage fee? A flat fee will be charged for service to venues outside Fresno City limits depending on the venue's distance from our site.
1. What is the delivery charge? Is there a mileage fee outside of Fresno City Limits? Within Fresno City limits, there is a nominal charge of $50.00. A flat fee will be charged for service to venues outside Fresno City limits depending on the venue's distance from our site.
2. Is Disposable Ware Included? Pardini’s includes disposable forks, knifes, plates and napkins with our To Go or delivered orders. Serving utensils are available upon request for an additional charge.
3. How do I keep my food hot? Pardini’s specially packages all hot food in foil pans with lids. However, if you are not serving your food right away, we recommend that you purchase from us our disposable chaffers; please ask your sales associate.
4. How much notice do I need to give for my order? We prefer to have a one week notice; however Pardini’s is known to do everything possible to accommodate a last minute emergency.
PAYMENTS
1. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are accepted for final payment provided they are received at least five business days prior to an event.
2. When is my final payment due? Your estimated bill payment is due three days prior to your event, and is based upon your estimated guest count. Any additions or over charges will either be billed or refunded after the function. Memorials can be paid the day of the function.
3. Is a deposit required to hold my date? Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your requested event date.
4. Is my deposit applied to my final bill? Yes, your deposit is deducted from your final bill.
5. What if I have to cancel my event, is my deposit refundable? In case of cancellation, your full deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 8 months prior to your reserved date. Events cancelled less than 8 months prior to your reserved date will receive a partial deposit refund based on the timing of cancellation notice.
