ONSITE CATERING
Can we bring our own food? Pardini’s is a full service catering company that does not rent out its ballroom alone, but provides all necessary catering for your function needs.
Can we bring our own ethnic hors d’oeuvres? If your family serves a special item for hors d’oeuvres and we are not able to accommodate your request, we welcome your own hors d’oeuvres. A service fee may apply.
How many people can you accommodate? Our Ballrooms can accommodate functions from 50 to 450 people.
Is there a fee to rent the room? A Room Rent only applies if you fall below 50 guests and/or use the space longer than a standard meal time period ( i.e. for Seminars and Trade Shows).
Can I bring in my own beverages? Do you charge a corkage fee? You may bring in your own wine and champagne; however all other liquor is not permitted and will be confiscated. (A fine will be assessed if unauthorized liquor is brought in). Our corkage fee is $6.50 per bottle.
How long do I have the room? This is dependent upon the time of day of your function and can be answered by your Pardini’s Sales Associate.
When can I access the room to decorate? We can always guarantee two hours before your function. As long as there are no other events prior to yours, you may have access to the room earlier.
Can I come to see the room set up before I book? Most definitely. In fact, we encourage you to do so. It is best to call your sales associate and have them look for a function that is similar in size and set up to yours and see the room set up to get a better idea for your event.
Do you offer taste tests? Taste tests are offered to clients who have already booked with Pardini’s and have a deposit on file.
What Audio/Visual Equipment do you provide? At no charge you have access to our microphone and podium, a 6'x6' screen, floor easels, and any display tables that you may need.
Do you have Valet Parking? Unfortunately, we no longer provide this service, but you are more than welcome to rent the service for parking at Pardini’s.
Do you have Centerpieces available to use? We do not provide any centerpieces, however you are more than welcome to bring in your own. We request that no confetti or glitter be used.
Can I use candles on my tables? Yes, candles are permitted; we just ask that they are in an approved, fire-resistant container. Do you have a place for my ceremony, and if so how many people can you accommodate? Yes, we can accommodate a ceremony with up to 170 guests. We can also create a ceremony aisle for you through your reception tables.
What color are your chairs? We have beautiful chairs. You will not need chair covers for our light cream padded leather high back chairs.
Do you have a bar minimum? A minimum is required based upon the size of your group and venue.
Do you cater to special dietary needs? Pardini’s will always cater to any specific dietary needs that you may have.
